Hi, Olgalidia!
How exciting to see you have a chance for the moms to visit during your trip to Walt Disney World Resort!
I had a similar situation come up for a visit I had during a conference visit last year. I had invited a friend to stay with me during the last few days of my visit. I added her officially to my reservation. When a person is added to the reservation, he or she is considered a part of the entire visit at the hotel no matter when he or she arrives. When I got closer to our trip, all of our
MagicBands were sent to my house. About a week before my trip, my mom asked if she could see me for a couple of days before my friend arrived. (She lives in a different part of Florida.) I did not add my mom officially onto my reservation, but I had my mom use my friend's Magic Band so she could get in and out of my hotel room and sit at the pool while I was attending my conference. When it came to park tickets, my mom did not use my friend's MagicBand to get into the park, she purchased a separate ticket and used a card to get in and out of the parks. She also couldn't take advantage of
Extra Magic Hours because she wasn't officially staying in a resort.
I would add one of the moms into the reservation, so there is a Magic Band for both of them to use. If you purchased a package that includes park admission, you would not be able to split the
park ticket affiliated with the Magic Band. The first person to use the park tickets will give her fingerprint, and it cannot be divided with a different person.
I hope you can make the trip happen with both moms. I know your family will have an unforgettable time! Let me know if I can help answer any additional questions before your arrival.
