Before visiting WDW I am staying near universal studios. My plan is to come to WDW on rental car and return it at Disney Car Care location. How will I be able to go to my resort after leaving the car at car care location?

    Syed,

It is very simple; the Car Care Center (which has both National and Alamo car rentals) has a shuttle bus that will take you to your resort.  It is very similar to the service you receive at an off-site airport car rental location, but instead of taking you to the airport, the shuttle takes you to whatever location on WDW property you request. I did this a few months ago (they took me to the Animal Kingdom theme park), and found the process very easy and I didn't wait long. Depending upon the number of guests taking the shuttle, it may need to make a few other stops before letting you off at your destination.

Although it doesn't apply to your situation, I should mention for other readers that National and Alamo will also pick you up at your resort in the same shuttle bus to take you over to the Car Care Center if you are renting a car from there. You can reserve the shuttle the night before, and it comes once an hour at the same time each hour (e.g. 7:15 am, 8:15 am, 9:15 am , 10:15 am , etc. etc.).

    Hope that helps.  ºoº
