We will be visiting WDW soon with DS 7. Was thinking about pin trading for him, but not sure where to begin. Can you help? Love the panel.

Hi Lance. Lovin' that you're lovin' the panel! My daughter started pin trading last year at eight years old and she quickly became hooked. She has since got her cousins hooked on it was well! You can purchase pin collector starter sets at gift shops throughout Walt Disney World, or if you have enough time before your vacation, you can click here and order one from the web store. Starter sets include a lanyard, and four pins to get you started. You can also purchase individual pins. My daughter prefers to just put a few pins on her hat to rather than have the lanyard around her neck.

You son can simply ask a cast member to see their pins, and they will trade for one he likes provided they do not already have the pin he's trading. Disney's Pin Traders at the Downtown Disney Marketplace offers the largest selection of pins in Walt Disney World, but beware, many a child have spent hours in that store! I hope this helps!

    Happy trading!
