Hi, we are visiting WDW soon and purchased the dining plan. We are flying and probably won't get to our hotel until early evening, do we get all the meals and snacks that day? Do they carry over if not used?

    Dear Andrea,

Thanks for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your Disney Dining Plan question!

The Dining Plan credits are calculated on a per night basis, so for example if you are staying for 4 nights and you had the Disney Dining Plan, you would receive 4 Table-Service meal credits, 4 Quick-Service meal credits, and 4 Snack credits, per person in your party.

You can use those on the first day of arrival through the last day of departure! They do carry over through your entire length of stay and are not linked to one date or another. You must use them all by your last day of stay, though, and they cannot be carried over to subsequent vacations or transferred to others.

Moms Panel tip - Be sure to consider making Advanced Dining Reservations up to 180 days in advance. Some restaurants are very popular and require those plans to be made well ahead of time!

    Have a magical vacation!
