Visiting WDW in Sept. w/ 5&3 yr.olds.Going to HS on Sun. 9/27.Was wondering where we could meet the Incredibles. Also, is there a specific place we should sit for the Block Party to see Monsters Inc. and the Incredibles. How early should we find our spot

How exciting, your trip is almost here!
I was just at DHS in June and we were able to see the Incredibles (Mom and Dad) in Animation Courtyard.  You will walk through the gift shop to get to a nice air conditioned room.  In here you can meet the not only the Incredibles, but also the stars from UP and even Mickey Mouse.
With regards to the parade, we enjoy watching it on Hollywood Boulevard (the main street into the park).  We grab our seat on the sidewalk anywhere from 45 minutes to 30 minutes before the parade begins and we have always gotten a fantastic seat.  I love the Block Party as it is one of my favorite parades at any park.  There is a lot of crowd interaction with the performers.  The main characters do not leave the floats but the CM's in the parade just do an incredible job.
Thanks so much for the great question, and I hope you have a magical WDW vacation.
