    We will be visiting WDW in October however my daughters birthday is in August will they still do something special for her (i.e. birthday button) when we are there in Oct? Thanks! :-)

    Hi, Erica!  If you're celebrating, then Walt Disney World is celebrating with you.  You can absolutely ask for a birthday button for your daughter.  They can usually be picked up at Guest Services at any of the theme parks, or you can ask for one at the front desk when you check into your resort.

    You can also have it noted on your resort reservation and all of your dining reservations that you are celebrating a birthday.  There aren't any promises, but you just never know where there might be a little extra pixie dust sprinkled.  

    I hope your daughter has the most magical birthday celebration.  What better place could there be to celebrate your birthday than Walt Disney World?
