Hi, visiting WDW Oct. staying at BCV, we plan on doing EMH EPCOT rope drop for Frozen Everafter. Do they let visitors thru the turnstiles before park opening like they do at the front entrance? What is our best path to take to get to Norway at that time?

    Hi Lisa!

One of the best reasons to stay at Disney's Beach Club Villas or Disney's BoardWalk Villas for your next Disney Vacation Club stay is the access to the International Gateway, the smaller back entrance to Epcot through the World Showcase. We love to stop by BoardWalk Bakery for a delicious morning treat, make the leisurely stroll to our favorite theme park, and enter with very little crowd. It feels incredibly special. I think you are going to love it!

Theme park opening is handled in much the same way at the International Gateway as any other entrance. Guests will have bags inspected along with any additional security screenings and will wait just beyond the MagicBand touch points until the stroke of the opening hour, including Early Extra Magic Hours. Guests then proceed to "Put Mickey on the Mickey" but touching MagicBands or theme park admission ticket cards to the reader, using the fingerprint scanner, and enter the theme park.

To reach Frozen Ever After, enter through the International Gateway, make your way up the hill, and turn right at the bridge. You might want to stop at Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie in France for a fabulous quick-service breakfast, or just continue along the path until you reach Norway. Please note that the Pavilions between France and Norway will be closed during early Extra Magic Hours, so be sure to head back to explore them later.

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
