Hi Karen,
So glad you stopped by to see us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!
I've been to the Walt Disney World Resort with babies and kids of all ages. My husband and I have four children; our youngest visited for the first time when she was just six weeks old. She's turning nine this summer and our oldest will be 20 this fall. We've always been able to find something fun to do, no matter how old our children were on any particular visit. That said, here is a handy
list of all current height requirements for Walt Disney World attractions at all four parks and both water parks.
I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know about a couple of things that are available during your visit. First, the
Rider Switch Service. If there is a thrill ride or one with a height requirement that you and your partner or party want to try, you split into two groups and each group can have a turn using the Rider Switch Service.
Also, the
Baby Care Centers are a lifesaver with little ones. They are available in various locations in each theme park. This wonderful, climate-controlled space is a fantastic place where you can nurse or feed your little one in a rocking chair, access full-sized high chairs for feeding and purchase any items you may have lost or forgotten during your visit. You can also heat up bottles or baby food in this space if needed.
Karen, please come back and see us with any additional planning questions.
Best Wishes,
Amy S.
