Visiting WDW MK on 2/28/16 with 2 preschoolers. We only need a stroller for that day while in the park (then leave on a DCL trip) Is it worth it to rent a double stroller (and bring from hotel) or just rent one in the park? Thanks!

    Hi Janis,

What a great way to spend the day prior to leaving on a Disney Cruise!

When you rent a stroller from a local stroller company and have it delivered to your hotel, you have an advantage over the renting at the park. The strollers from the local companies generally have fabric seats and recline if your children want to take a nap. Also, you have the stroller to walk to and from Disney transportation which is nice after a long day in the park.

The strollers at Walt Disney World are hard plastic and do not recline. In addition, there is little space to store all your gear. If you are using it simply to move your children in the park or they will nap anywhere, this option works because you do not have to juggle the stroller on the bus.

Also, will you need a stroller on the cruise? The boat is large and it might be nice to have onboard. In addition, if you are taking any excursions, you will want to have one handy.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
