We're visiting WDW in May and are staying at the Polynesian. How do I request a room with a balcony or patio? We have a 4 and 2 year old, so we'll need some place to hang out after bedtime. Thanks!

Hi Vicki, The majority of the rooms at the Polynesian do have either a patio or balcony, but you are welcome to make a request as well. Requests are not guaranteed, but Disney does make every effort to accommodate guest needs. I assume that you already have your reservation. If this is the case, the easiest thing to do would be to call Disney directly at 407-W-DISNEY. The will be able to look up your file and make a note of your request. If you have not already made your reservation, you can make your request directly on the online reservation form. As a follow up, take a look at the Moms Panel post at the link below. Pay special attention to step number three, to follow up directly with the hotel about a week before your arrival: http://disneyworldforum.disney.go.com/questions.aspx?sort=&page=1&where=search&qid=10816&pid=45&cid=70 Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have more questions.
