I am visiting WDW in June. I read that you are not allowed to bring umbrellas into the parks. Is this true?? Since I am visiting during a rainy time, I will be bringing an umbrella into the park just in case.

    Hi Jessica

I always carry small travel umbrellas and ponchos in my park bag "just in case". You will most likely find that most June days you run into a "just in case" rain cloud. June is a pretty wet month in Florida and most days it does rain for a little while. I have never had a problem carrying my umbrella with me, but things do change, so I did some checking. I can not find any information that leads me to believe that Disney has changed their policy on umbrellas. I was just there in December and had a small umbrella in my purse the entire time. I think you should be just fine with carrying yours. Hopefully it will keep away the rain clouds. Wishing you a magical and DRY trip.
