I am visiting WDW in June with a group of 12 people. We are staying at Pop Century, and have reservations for Chef Mickey. What is the best and quickest way to get to the Contemporary from our resort? Thanks!

    Hi Alysia,

That sounds like a great time! Chef Mickey's is a great choice and I am sure your party will have an awesome time with Mickey and his pals. There are a few options for your travel from Pop Century to the Contemporary Resort, but the easiest way is to board a Magic Kingdom bus from your resort. Upon your arrival to Magic Kingdom you will have two choices. You can walk to the monorail entrance and board a monorail to the Magic Kingdom resort areas. The Contemporary resort is the first stop. The other option is to take the walkway across from the Disney bus stops to the Contemporary resort. If you do not mind the short walk (about 10 minutes), this is typically the quicker option.

If you happen to have a car with you, another option would be to drive from Pop Century to the Magic Kingdom entrance. Let the parking attendant know you have a reservation at the Contemporary resort and follow the signs straight ahead to the resort entrance. The Contemporary resort security attendant will verify your reservation information and you will be allowed to park in the resort lot.

Hope you all have a magical trip!
