Visiting WDW Jan 1 - Jan 3. Weather forecast for Jan 2 calls for rain. We were planning on epcot that day. What do you think we should expect? Buckets of rain all day? Not sure what to bring. Thanks!

    Hi Beth,

Rain and Disney-bummer but do not worry to much. You are still a week away, and the forecast could change. When touring in the rain, a poncho or umbrella should do this time of year. I would also pack a polar fleece or sweatshirt as the nights are chilly.

EPCOT is a great place to tour in the rain because Future World's pavillions are large so you are indoors for about an hour. The World Showcase has you easily journeying from country to country with movies or shopping along the way.

The one downside is that Test Track may not operate in the rain but keep your fingers crossed for some sun!
