We are visiting WDW for the first time in September 17-24th 2015 my question is we are going to mickeys not so scary halloween party on September 20th and we have reservations at Be our guest restaurantat 735pm do you know if the Beast will be there.

Hi, Diane!  I first have to say that there is never any guarantee that a particular character will appear at any specific character dining experience.  You just never know when Pooh will get stuck in a honey pot or Jake and the Neverland Pirates are called away on an adventure and cannot be at their regular character meals.

With Be Our Guest, it isn't actual a character dining experience at all.  When the Beast is in the castle, he doesn't stop at the tables or pose in the dining rooms for photos.  With the right timing, you may be able to stop in the library on your way out of the restaurant and pose with the Beast for a quick photo before you leave.  There is, however, no particular timing on when the Beast might have to answer the "call of nature" or deal with a particularly stubborn castle squabble elsewhere in the building.  For the most part, you can see when he returns, as he usually jaunts through the dining room on his way to Belle's library, so you can time your visit with him that way.

Having said all of that, I can't promise that Beast will be there the night you are dining there, however, at the moment, there is no indication that he will be "away" from the castle that evening.  I would say you are just as likely as any other evening to see him perusing the plethora of poems, primary sources and periodic essays in the library when you leave!
