We will be visiting WDW for the first time in November. We have 8 in our group and are interested in Memory Maker. Do we all need to add on Memory Maker to our packages or can one individual in our group purchase Memory Maker?

Hey, Sarah! Sounds like you have a great adventure planned for your group. I highly recommend you do invest in Memory Maker for your trip, as you are sure to have so many great pictures with your group. Be sure you all get together for a special picture in front of Cinderella Castle for the perfect reminder of an unforgettable vacation together!

There is no need for each of you to purchase a separate Memory Maker entitlement, as you are welcome to share this magical vacation addition with everyone in your group. You will just want to make sure everyone is linked together in the My Disney Experience Family and Friends list so that not a single drop through the Splash Mountain Briar Patch is missed. To do this, the person in your group who purchases Memory Maker will need to link it to their My Disney Experience account, and then link each Guest in the group to the account.

When linking Guests to the account, be sure to check the option to allow sharing of photos for all people. If everyone in your party does not have a MagicBand, they can have the PhotoPass photographer scan their park ticket or use one of the PhotoPass cards given by the photographer. You can later add the PhotoPass cards to your Memory Maker account on the Disney PhotoPass website, where you can see all of the fantastic pictures and videos from your trip.

I hope you have a magical vacation at Walt Disney World Resort, and please let us know if you have any further questions!
