We will be visiting WDW for the first time over New Year's. We are not going to have tickets to the parks on New Year's Eve. I was wondering if there is a good place to see the fire works outside of the parks?

Hi, Lori! You can watch Wishes Nighttime Spectacular (the Magic Kingdom fireworks) from one of the resorts without having park tickets. The Polynesian is my personal favorite. There is just something extra special about being on the beach there because the whole Resort is so tropical.  You are directly across the lagoon from Cinderella's castle for fabulous views, and they pipe in the fireworks' soundtrack. It's one of my favorite places to view Wishes. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
