    Will be visiting WDW in a few weeks.I see that Flame Tree BBQ will be closed when we are there. Will any of the other restaurants be offering any of their food faire?

    Hi, Marlene. My all time favorite counter service location at Disney's Animal Kingdom is Flame Tree BBQ, so believe me, I was kind of crushed when I heard it would be closed temporarily.  But not to worry.

    During my recent visit during the holidays, I was speaking with a Cast Member about how much I was going to miss those delicious ribs and mouth watering chicken. Good - no GREAT news! Several of the kiosks at Disney's Animal Kingdom will now be featuring some of your Flame Tree BBQ favorites until the shiny new Flame Tree BBQ opens up in a few months.

    Check out the kiosks near It's Tough To Be a Bug. The Beastly Kiosk and the Garden Kiosk will now carry the half chicken and the St. Louis ribs. To snag one of those delectable pulled pork sandwiches, or even a turkey leg, you can go to Trilo-Bites near DinoLand.
