    I am visiting WDW early December. it currently shows a daily schedule to meet Joy and Sadness at EPCOT. But it says "closing later this year", if it is on the schedule can I assume it will be avail in December? I soooo want to meet them!!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Debra! I’m so excited that you will soon be enjoying a magical Holiday visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks for sending us your question.

    Character Experiences at Walt Disney World Resort theme parks are a big part of the fun. Right now, it looks like you may still be able to Meet Joy & Sadness at Headquarters at Epcot. I would keep checking the calendar to make sure this experience is still available during your visit early next month. 

    Debra, you can also check to see if this Character Experience is available on your My Disney Experience app, when you’re making your way to Epcot for the day. You can always filter your experiences by theme park, to make it easier to find!

    While you’re exploring, you won’t want to miss the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays. My family really likes tasting the Holiday dishes at the kiosks around the World Showcase. I always look forward to a warm mug of glühwein near the Germany pavilion!
