Hello, we will be visiting WDW on December 24, 28 and 29, if we buy the tickets online today can I claim them at the parks the day we will be using them? Do they expire? How does it work? Its a busy season and I am worried. Thank you!!!

    Hi Karla!

Disney has a wonderful will call system for guests who would like to purchase their tickets ahead of time and pick them up at the front gate.  You can do this for most of your Disney tickets, with exception of the special events, such as Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, etc. You can complete the ticket purchase process online, and when you arrive at the theme parks, you need to show photo identification and the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets.  You will then be free to explore the parks as you choose.

All Disney tickets, with the exception of non expiration and annual passes, expire 14 days after first use.  Click the link below to be taken to the online ticket site.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Malanie, New York

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
