    Hi! We are visiting WDW from Dec 5-10. I read that Mickey's holiday parade is recorded the 1st week or 2 of Dec to play on TV for Christmas day. Also read they close attractions & main st to allow for recording. Is this true? Know what day taping

    The schedule for the taping of the 2009 WDW holiday parade has recently been announced. The taping dates will be December 3-5, 2009. Schedules can change, but currently the plan is to tape show performances on Main Street and at the Castle on December 3-4, and to tape the actual parade on December 5. The impact on the attractions will be minimal; you should not experience significant ride closures. You may find that travel up and down Main Street will be a bit congested during the taping.
