    hi moms we will be visiting WDW again in mid september and this yr thought it would be fun to have breakfast at chef mickeys, as we wont be staying at disney itself are dining plans available for non disney guests? thanks

    Hi, Joanne! You're right, as of this time, the Disney Dining plans are options available exclusively to Guests of Walt Disney World Resort hotels with Magic Your Way Vacation Packages.  I'm sorry say there isn't a dining plan option for those staying off-site.The Disney Dining plans are a great perk available to those staying in a Walt Disney World resort, but even without it, I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the cost of food and the portion sizes in the theme and water parks.  You can still visit Chef Mickey's for a wonderful character meal and just pay out-of-pocket. You don't have to be a Resort Guest to go there.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
