Hello! Visiting water parks w/DD 7&8. Do both parks offer complimentary chairs(in shade?)on a first-come basis or need to rent those along w/ towels & locker(Also what is the cost for those rentals?)Where should we go first to get them? Thanks!

Hi Lynne,

I love the water parks at the Walt Disney World Resorts! It is a great way to get out of the main parks and the heat.

There is plenty of free seats available around both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. It is all on a first come basis and you can find seats in the shade. For a fee, you can reserve premium seating at both locations that offers an attendant, all day refillable mug and towel and locker rentals. You can call 407-WDW-PLAY to reserve a space.

You can bring towels to the parks. You can also bring towels from your resort's pool and return it to the resort at the end of the day. As of the summer of 2013, towels are $2 each.

Locker rentals are $15 for a large and $13 for a small with a $5 refundable fee.

You can rent both from Snowless Joe's at Blizzard Beach and High 'n Dry at Typhoon Lagoon.
