We will be visiting Walt Disney World Nov.17th to the 22nd, 2012. How crowded will the parks be? I plan to avoid the parks on extra magic hour days.

Hey Denise!  Congratulations on your November Walt Disney World Vacation! The holidays are a great time to visit the "Happiest Place on Earth!"  The unofficial website allears.net lists the first part of Thanksgiving week as "Moderate Attendance" and Thanksgiving Day and weekend as "Highest Attendance" in their historic attendance levels chart.  Another unofficial website you may want to check out, which also predicts crowd levels,  is touringplans.com. I would recommend spending most of your time in the parks toward the beginning of your vacation. There are some guests that do avoid parks offering Extra Magic Hours as they believe they are often more crowded. If you have the park hopper option on your Magic Your Way Base Ticket, then you may find that you can experience many of your favorite attractions during Morning Extra Magic Hours when the parks are often less crowded. My family almost always takes advantage of Morning Extra Magic Hours, but often avoids the park with Evening Extra Magic Hours. I hope this information helps!  Please let me know if you have any additional questions that I can assist you with. Best wishes for a Magical November Trip, Denise!
    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
