Hi, Susan!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. The first half of November is a wonderful time to visit Walt Disney World Resort -- crowd levels are typically low, the weather is mild (well, at least for Central Florida!) and there are fun seasonal events happening in the parks (such as
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and
the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival). My family will also be visiting during this time and I can tell you that the anticipation and excitement are already building at our house!
Ariel in mermaid form regularly greets guests in her grotto near the
Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid attraction throughout the day in Magic Kingdom Park. She also often greets during Extra Magic Hours. Unfortunately, her greet schedule is not currently updated beyond November 1st. She is scheduled to greet from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM on November 1st, but that is during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (which is a special event requiring a separate ticket).
I recommend you check back on the Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience app in a week or two. You can also pick up a Times Guide when you enter the park to view the most up-to-date schedule.
I'm sending some extra pixie dust your way in the hope that your daughter will be able to meet
Ariel at Her Grotto. It's definitely a special experience to meet Ariel in mermaid form!
Wishing you a magical vacation!
