    Hi, we're visiting from the UK and staying at Coronado Springs in 85 days! I've read lots about the Pepper Market and am a bit confused to how it works and gratuities - help! We have the quick service dining plan included. Thanks :)

    Last year, Pepper Market began testing a buffet type menu for breakfast and lunch, with dinner remaining as cafeteria style system.  Many guests were initially unhappy with the change as they felt that the uniqueness of Pepper Market was its fresh and made to order offerings. 
     
    As of January 1st, they have reverted to an ala carte menu, where guests can order many made to order options, without the stamp or 10% gratuity included.  The new menu is in effect for breakfast lunch and dinner.
