Abi from Scotland Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We’ll be visiting from the UK next summer & would like to do a split stay, 7 nights at Caribbean Beach & 7 nights at All Star Sports. Both hotels currently have the free dining offer- would we be able to get this if we book a split stay? Thanks

Hi Abi and welcome to planDisney!

With so many amazing Disney Resort Hotels available to choose from, it's no wonder that you're considering a split stay when you next visit Walt Disney World. It's a great way of being able to experience everything that two different Disney Resort Hotels have to offer, during one trip.

Unfortunately, as you need to book a Hotel + Ticket package in order to take advantage of the Free Dining & Drinks promotion, this means that if you were to book a split stay, you would only be eligible for the Free Dining & Drinks in 2026 Deal on the booking which includes your Tickets.

So, for example, if you were planning to visit Walt Disney World for 14-nights in total but, as a split stay with 7-nights at both Caribbean Beach Resort and All-Star Sports Resort, you would need to book, as follows:-

1/ A Hotel & Ticket package comprising a 7-night stay at Caribbean Beach Resort and 14-Day Disney Magic Tickets which would qualify for a Free Quick-Service Dining Plan for that 7-night stay.

2/ A Hotel Only booking for a 7-night stay at All-Star Sports Resort.

The only way to qualify for the Free Dining & Drinks promotion during your 7-night stay at All-Star Sports Resort would be to purchase a second set of Disney Magic Tickets which you obviously would not need.

I'm sorry that this likely wasn't the news that you were hoping for.

You can, of course, still visit any of the other Disney Resort Hotels you'd like to, throughout your stay. My family enjoy doing this during each and every trip as we like to dine at the Table-Service restaurants found at various Deluxe Hotels and because it helps us to decide where we might like to stay when we next visit. Just be aware that you are not allowed to use the swimming pools when visiting Disney Resort Hotels which you are not staying at.

We almost always do a monorail loop at some point during our holiday, hopping on and off, to explore the Contemporary Resort, Polynesian Village Resort and Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, one at a time. I can highly recommend a Lapu Lapu (my favourite speciality cocktail at Walt Disney World), from the Tambu Lounge Bar at the Polynesian Village Resort, en-route!

The one thing that is for sure, Abi, is that no matter which Disney Resort Hotel you decide to stay at, you will have the most amazing time.

I hope that this has answered your question. Please feel free to re-visit us, here at planDisney, if we can be of any other help with the planning of your 2026 trip.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
