We are visiting with our toddler in August. Her diet is still very healthy, consisting largely of organic foods. What sorts of "healthy eating" options are available to us? We are staying at the Contemporary and spending most of our time at MK. T

    Hi Rachel,

I think you will do okay in Magic Kingdom. I am not sure all items are organic but there are a lot of healthy choices. I tend to eat more vegetarian and have been wowed by the selection. Disney is concerned about healthy choices, and you will see meals will come with carrot sticks, grapes or applesauce versus french fries.

Over in Liberty Square, you will find one of my favorite places to get a snack. Here there is fresh fruits and vegetables available to eat. You will find similar stands in the other theme parks as well.

If you are going to EPCOT, the Land Pavillion is one spot you can appreciate. Here they use all of the foods grown at the pavillion in their cooking much of which is organic.

Also, if you have any concerns, please ask your server about healthier options. I have found them to be extremely accomodating. In addition, most buffets and restaurants have fresh fruits and vegetables to enjoy.

    Enjoy!
