We are visiting at the All Star Music resort in April and are checking out on a Thursday. Our plane doesn't leave until 6pm so we wanted to hit a park that morning, but didn't know if we could keep our luggage at front desk or somewhere until we leave

    Hi  Rosalie,

No worries. The Bell Services desk at the hotel would be happy to hold your bags for you.

When you're ready to head out in the morning, just bring your luggage to the Bell Service desk at the hotel entrance. They will tag your bags, give you a receipt, and hold the luggage in a secure location until you return. Later in the afternoon, just give the Bell desk your receipt, and they'll give you back your bags.

If you're flying out of Orlando International, depending on which airline you're using, you may qualify for Resort Airline Check-in. This allows you to check your bags onto your flight right there at the hotel. I do this on almost every Disney visit. I send my checked luggage to the airport using Resort Airline Check-in and I leave my carry-ons at Bell Services, while I go off and have one last day of fun at the parks. Works like a dream!

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
