I will be visiting soon. I am using the dining plan. I have one table service reservation left to make. I have two girls ages 10 and 16. We are already set up to go to Cinderella dinner and Spirit of Aloha. Any suggestions?

    Hi Ernest,

How exciting! I bet your girls are thrilled and anxiously counting the days. Great choice, by the way, in adding the Disney Dining Plan. We love the convenience of having our meals budgeted and paid for before the trip even begins.

You have made two great choices and I am sure your family will love both. I am not sure if you are looking for additional character meals or what type of food your family enjoys, so here is a few of our absolute favorites:

    • Crystal Palace, character meal at Magic Kingdom, is a buffet style meal with delicious choices. Winnie the Pooh and a few of his Hundred Acre Wood pals are often joining guests here.
    • Liberty Tree Tavern at Magic Kingdom. Mouth watering menu featuring pot roast, turkey and other hearty choices for lunch. Dinner is served family style, all you can eats turkey, stuffing, macaroni and cheese and vegetables.
    • LeCellier at Epcot's Canada World Showcase is a premier steakhouse with tender filets, chicken, and seafood.
    • Tappan Edo at Epcot's Japan pavilion. Fresh meats and vegetables prepared in front of the guests who are seated around the grill. The scallops are divine here!
    • Mama Melrose at Hollywood Studios is an open style kitchen designed around a relaxed warehouse seating area and featuring an amazing selection of Italian dishes and filets. The flatbreads here are one of our favorites.
    • Coral Reef, next to the Living Seas at Epcot, offers fresh seafood selections. The menus is scrumptious if you enjoy seafood, but part of the draw here is the view. Every table faces the gigantic aquarium wall from the Living Seas exhibit. My kids could stay here all day and enjoy the view.

Hope one of these will work for your family. Have a magical time!
