We are visiting in September this year and we are staying at the Caribbean beach resort. I know you have to pay for parking at the resort but if we drive our car to the parks will we have to pay for parking at the parks also?

Hi there, Stephanie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for taking the time to submit your Walt Disney World Resort question!

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort has recently undergone a massive re-imagining across the resort! Fortunately, it still retains the leisurely pace of the islands that draws Guests back time and time again. The all-new Old Port Royale serves as an all-in-one stop for check-in, concierge services, hotel amenities, and dining locations. Be sure to stop by Sebastian’s Bistro for a waterfront meal inspired by the islands! Their selection of fresh seafood is absolutely amazing!

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort will also be a part of the Disney Skyliner route beginning in Fall 2019! This all new mode of transportation will connect Guests with both the International Gateway at Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Guests will also have the opportunity to take in some breathtaking aerial views as they float over to their destination!

You will also be happy to find out that standard theme park parking is always free for Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels! If you are interested in upgrading to preferred parking, you can always upgrade by paying the difference in price between standard parking and preferred parking as well!

I hope this information helps you in continuing to plan for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Be sure to let us know if we can help you with anything else!
