We will be visiting from September 12-20. I was lucky enough to book with "free dining". My son will turn 10 on the 13th. All of our reservations say "child". Will this automatically turn to adult on his birthday? How do I fix this to m

    Hello Robin,

Thank you for bringing a great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, we are hEAR to help and happy to do so.  Guest's age's, for the entire stay of the trip, are determined by the initial day they begin their Walt Disney World vacation. In your son's case, he will be considered the age of 9 for the entire duration. So, no need to worry, instead enjoy celebrating the BIG 10. Be sure you visit the Front Desk of your Walt Disney World Resort or Guest Relations at any of the four Walt Disney World Theme Parks or Downtown Disney for a Birthday Button. Your son will receive many magical "HAPPY BIRTHDAYS!" from Cast Members throughout his special day.

If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and may your son's upcoming birthday, at Walt Disney World, be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
