Hi Nancy,
One of the great things about dining at Disney World is there abundance of options available.
Coral Reef is a great choice. There is a children's menu that typically offers pasta, a chicken breast, steak and a fish selection. My kids actually love the lobster bisque there too. The perfect thing about this location is the gigantic aquarium that runs the entire length of the restaraunt, floor to ceiling.
Animal Kingdom offers only a couple of table service spots, and we usually choose Rainforest Cafe due to the extensive menu selections, including a very large kid's menu with everything from chicken strips to burgers to ribs. There is plenty to look at with all the automated animals. Be warned though, it can be quite loud so easily startled children may not enjoy.
Hollywood Studios has a number of fantastic table locations but our two favorite are Mama Melrose, which is a large open kitchen warehouse specializing in flatbreads and Italian dishes. The kids menu often offers pasts and chicken. The second location is Sci_fi Drive In. Guests dine in convertible table-cars while at the drive in movie theater. It is very unique and has a "cheesy 50's sci-fi" feel to it.
Once at Magic Kingdom, our must do locations is either Crystal Palace, which is a character meal buffet with Pooh and his pals, or Liberty Tree Tavern, a colonial style New England restaraunt offering "home-cooked" meals like pot roast and turkey and stuffing.
