I will be visiting the park in July with my 1 yr old. Since it will be hot I don't want to rent one of the plastic park strollers. I want to bring my regular stroller but am concerned it may be too bulky. Any advice on what strollers work best?

    Hi Colleen!

Yes! I definitely have a suggestion for you. We experienced the same thing when we visited with our daughter when she was only two years old. I didn't want to rent a stroller everyday, but the one that I had at home was too bulky.

I bought a Maclaren Volo stroller because it is extremely lightweight and easily portable. It only weighs 9 lbs. and it has a strap for you to easily sling it over your shoulder when your little one is not inside. For a lightweight stroller, it is also great because the wheels turn easily and it can turn tight corners easily. Many lightweight strollers just don't do a good job at easily navigating tight places, but this stroller works well.

There is a list of the top 10 lightweight strollers on babyproducts dot about dot com. I suggest checking out that site and the reviews to find one that is best for you.

    Magically,
