I will be visiting orlando on may 30-june 5. Ineed some help to plan some fun. what parks are best for adults over 40.My husband and i like the rides as well as the entertainment.

Hi, Terri!  My husband and I are both over 40 (well, I admit it; he does not!), and I think my favorite park is EPCOT.  When I have the opportunity to visit Walt Disney World without my children, I love wandering around EPCOT to see the offerings in each of the World Showcase countries.  You will find entertainment of some sort in each of the countries, as well as shops that have souvenirs of each country.  In addition to the shopping and entertainment, this is an opportunity to try cuisine from each locale, as well as international beers and other adult beverages.

There are also some great attractions at EPCOT, including Test Track, Soarin', and Mission Space.  I also enjoy Maelstrom at the Norway pavilion.

Disney's Hollywood Studios is another great adult theme park.  With attractions like The Great Movie Ride, Tower of Terror, and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, it definitely appeals to grown-ups.  You also have some awesome shows with the Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular and Fantasmic!

I have to say, don't discount the Magic Kingdom, thinking it's just for kids.  I love visiting there without my girls, as you will find the Walt Disney World classics there.  A trip to "the World" isn't complete without Pirates of the Caribbean - especially if you are visiting with Disney Mom Margaret!

    Have a great visit!
