We are visiting Old Key West in a few weeks, and traveling with three small children. My oldest requires a cool mist humidifier in her room at night due to her asthma. Would this be something the resorts happen to have or should we pack ours?

    Hi Jessica!

It looks like you are arriving at the Walt Disney World Resort very soon! I just spoke to a Cast Member at Disney’s Old Key West Resort, who let me know that the resort does not carry any type of humidifier. Since humidifiers are very difficult to clean adequately between Guests, it would be a safety issue to offer such an appliance. I would advise that you pack your own cool mist humidifier from home if this is something your daughter needs to sleep comfortably.

I hope you have a truly wonderful trip to Disney’s Old Key West Resort. It is one of my favorite resorts on property due to the lush greenery, quiet atmosphere and spacious rooms. Be sure to take the children to the pool so they can travel down the sandcastle themed waterside. It was my boys’ favorite part of the resort!

    Have a magical vacation!
