We are visiting in October 2016 and my girls are big Lion Guard fans. I've seen posted info about a lion guard attraction at animal kingdom but don't see anything anymore. Is it gone and are there any other Lion Guard attractions?

    Hi Sarah,

As a Mom to a fellow Lion Guard super fan, I share your excitement to discover new opportunities for our little ones to join the adventure.

Those of us who, like Ono, are the keenest of sight will find that more and more Lion Guard nods are appearing throughout Walt Disney World Resort. A Lion Guard Adventure in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park allows Guests embark on a scavenger hunt-like quest to join the Defenders of the Pridelands. Those brave adventurers who find all five characters are inducted into the Lion Guard at Rafiki's Planet Watch after reciting a pledge. It's all very exciting!

For more with the residents of the Pridelands, check out Festival of the Lion King. This immersive show will have you singing and dancing with your favorite Lion family. You don't want to miss it.

Let us know if you have any additional questions, Sarah!

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
