We are visiting in October with the dining plan. We also have other family members that are going that DO NOT have the dining plan. When I book my dining am I able to add them on my reservation? Or will they have to make a separate reservation?

    Dear Heather,

Thank you for bringing us your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are delighted to be able to help you. It's great to hear you have purchased one of the Dining Plans for your family; my family loves the independence and freedom they provide!

If you would like to be seated together as one big party, you will have to make a reservation that includes them or they can create their own reservation that includes you and your family. You can do all of this on the My Disney Experience app. Remember that in order to make plans together, you and your friends must be connected through the app. If you make plans separately, you may still stand a chance to be seated together as one large group upon arrival at your venue but that would depend on availability.

Remember that all parties of six or more guests are automatically charged 18% to their bill unless otherwise indicated at the restaurant. If you need more

I hope this information is useful to you, Heather! I am sure you and your family will have an unforgettable vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
