We are visiting in November 2021. We normally visit Captain Cooks for Tonga Toast before we head to the Magic kingdom on our first day. I have read that you need a reservation to visit the resort. Is this true? Will we be able to park?

    Heigh-Ho Kari,

TONGA TOAST!!!! This special breakfast is a practically perfect way to start your day at Walt Disney World. Capt. Cook's is a quick-service restaurant located in the heart of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and does not take reservations. However, if you are not a Guest of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and you do not have an advanced dining reservation at Kona or 'Ohana then you will not be able to park there. But Hakuna Matata, there are other travel options to get to Capt. Cook's. Guests driving can park at the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC( and either walk to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort via a walking path to the left of the TTC or board the Resort Monorail and take it one-stop to disembark. Or if coming from another Walt Disney World Resort take bus transportation to Magic Kingdom Park and either board Disney's Polynesian Village Resort water ferry or take the Resort Monorail and disembark at the third stop. Where there is a will there is a way to get some Tonga Toast.

Enjoy and Have a Magical Day,
