I will be visiting Norway on my trip to disney. I have reservations at the Storybook dining at Banquest Hall. amy feedback. My grandkids are 3 years old and 1 year old. Do the characters actually read to the kids

Hi, Jean!  What a lovely meal this was when we visited!  I have done lunch and dinner here, but not breakfast, and I really enjoy the food here.  We're pretty adventurous eaters in my family, so we enjoyed the variety and the fact that you can get things here that are not easily found at restaurants at home.

The princesses do not read to the children.  You will be visited at your table by most of the princesses, and there is often one that stands at the entrance to the restaurant that you meet as you walk in.  She will pose for pictures with your grandchildren.  The two times we were there, it was Ariel - but in her human clothes, not her mermaid attire.

If the grandkids are not good with experimenting with food, fear not.  There is a great children's menu that offers kid friendly favorites like ravioli, pizza, and hot dog - but my girls loved the cheese and cold cuts, and could have made a meal out of just those items.

Have a wonderful time, and enjoy this delightful character meal!
