Visiting MK on my child’s 5th birthday. Our ADR at BOG is for 8:25AM. We expect to enter the park before 8AM. Will Guest Relations be open this early to secure a Birthday Button? Can we grab one pre-8AM, or can we get it elsewhere in the park? Thank you!

    Hi Paul!

I can't think of a better place to celebrate a birthday than at the Walt Disney World Resort, and Be Our Guest Restaurant is one of my absolute favorite places to dine when we visit!  Of course, I completely understand wanting to get your little one a birthday button so that everyone will know it's such a special day!

I just spoke with a Cast Member who informed me that unfortunately, Guest Relations no longer gives out celebration buttons because it was causing crowds at the Guest Relations windows.  That being said, these special buttons are still available at the Front Desk of your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and at many merchandise locations throughout the parks, like my favorite, the Emporium, on Main Street, U.S.A. in Magic Kingdom Park!  There is also often a Cast Member on Main Street, U.S.A. handing out these buttons to Guests who are celebrating special occasions!  If you can't seem to find one of these locations, just ask any Cast Member!  They will be happy to assist you with making your little one's birthday perfectly magical!

Also, just in case you find yourself needing to visit Guest Relations for another reason, they generally open about an hour before the park, although that is always subject to change.

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
