Boo to you, Victoria!
I’m so glad you followed the Pumpkin King through Halloween Town here to planDisney today. I bet you’re more than a little excited to experience all the
autumn happenings at The Most Magical Place on Earth in less than a month. Let the final countdown commence!
I’m glad to hear you’ll be attending
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party during your Walt Disney World Resort holiday. I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to trick-or-treat around Magic Kingdom Park wearing my Halloween finest again! You’ll love the wickedly entertaining
Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular and the mesmerizing
Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular fireworks show. There’s no bones about it, this event is more fun than a swinging wake!
Victoria, Guests of all ages attending Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party are permitted to wear a costume of their choosing for the event. This means you are more than welcome to wear a non-Disney costume for the evening. There are a few exceptions to this, however, such as nothing violent. I suggest you
read through the full costume guidelines for the event to make sure what you are planning is acceptable.
Pro tip 1: Take advantage of the fact that you can enter Magic Kingdom Park starting at 4:00 p.m. on the day of your respective party. Not only will you have more time to have fun in the park, you can also look through the event guide and map out your evening to maximize your time.
Pro tip 2: Attend the last performance of the night of
Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade. It is typically less crowded, which makes it easier to find a fang-tastic viewing spot.
Victoria, there may be 999 happy questions here, but there's always room for one more. Please stop back by planDisney if we can dig up another answer for you before your spooktacular vacation arrives.
Hurry back,
Alyssa
