We will be visiting from May 26-June 2. We were planning to do the Star Wars events on Friday, but it is the day for extra magic hours. Would it be better to go on Sunday?

    Hi Leigh,

Wow your trip is so soon, how exciting!

I've just had a look at the park hours for you and you're right, on Friday May 29th Disney's Hollywood Studios has morning extra magic hours (EMH), this normally means the park will be more crowded as people take advantage of the extra hour, even those not attending specifically for the Star Wars weekend. But I also looked at the Sunday and although there are no EMH's Fantasmic is scheduled for that day which again will make the park more crowded. If at all possible I would recommend you visit on the Saturday as there are no EMH's and no Fantasmic scheduled which should make for the quietest park day!

You can see some information about the Star Wars Weekends HERE and I would definitely recommend you get to the park for opening whichever day you choose to visit.

    Have a great trip,

    Jo
