We will be visiting in May. We are considering adding the water park and more option. Which of the two water parks would be best, as far as activities, for a 3 and a 1 year old?

Hello, Kelli! I am so excited that you and your family are considering a visit to the Disney Water Parks on your next vacation.

Tike's Peak at Disney's Blizzard Beach is a really fun play area for children under 48 inches tall. It offers small slides and an inner-tube ride at a pace that young children can enjoy. You will also find a wading pool, spray ground, and a sandy "beach" area that is perfect for building sandcastles.

Ketchakiddee Creek at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon is also a great play area for children under 48 inches tall. It offers small slides, an inner-tube ride, and a cave with a waterfall! Your children may also enjoy the many spray fountains and the sandcastle area while you sit back and enjoy a moment of relaxation.

Both of the Disney Water Parks also offer wave pools and lazy rivers, if you want to try a little more action.

I hope that you and your family have a wonderful visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, Kelli! If you have any more questions about the Disney Water Parks, please don't hesitate to stop back by the Moms Panel.
