I will be visiting the Magic Kingdom Friday, Dec 10. Will the Enchantment Fireworks show be shown before the park closes for the Christmas after hours event?

    Welcome to planDisney, Laurynn!

Your vacation is just around the corner, and like Cinderella's Fairy Godmother, we are here to help you make magical memories in any way that we can.

Laurynn, I checked out the calendar for December 10th and found that Disney Enchantment is scheduled for 8:00 pm on the day that you are visiting! These times are subject to change, so be sure that you check the My Disney Experience Mobile App or grab a Times Guide on the day that you visit.

Laurynn, as you mentioned, on this night Disney Very Merriest After Hours is scheduled, so once Disney Enchantment has ended, guests without tickets to the special event will be guided toward the exit.

Since you will be leaving right after the show, and since Disney Enchantment includes projections along Main Street, U.S.A., I recommend that you view the show from the area near the flag pole in the center of the round-a-bout nearest the exit. This is one of my absolute favorite spots to watch any fireworks show. The projections are still clearly visible from here, but this spot tends to be a little less crowded than closer towards Cinderella Castle. As an added benefit, you will be one of the first people to exit the parks at night, leading to shorter wait times to get back to your car or resort.

I just know that you will have a magical time, Laurynn!

    See you real soon!
