    Am visiting 1/1-1/5 2011, with kids ages 4 and 8 for our first family trip to WDW. Do not have hopper pass and am wondering what days to visit which parks to beat the crowds and to see all 4 parks. Am staying at POR and can utilize Extra Magic Hours if hel

    I am glad to help out! Here is where I would suggest you go;

    • January 1 - Animal Kingdom
    • January 2 - Magic Kingdom
    • January 3 - Hollywood Studios
    • January 4 - Epcot
    • January 5 - Magic Kingdom

    Normally I would start you off with the Magic Kingdom, but New Year's Day can really crowd all the parks, most of all there. So rather than have your first experience at the most notable of the parks be a crowded one, have a great zoo-like experience, and save your first big day at the Magic Kingdom for the 2nd.

    I do have you using the Extra Magic Hours the next three days, as crowds should drop off rather noticeably.

    I hope this helps? Send along more questions if you have them!

    Have a magical vacation!
