Visiting in June. Me, my husband, 13 year old, 10 year old and 4 year old. If I buy lightning lane multi pass, how do I manage the 4year old’s LL? Obviously she isn’t tall enough for some rides, do I still book for her? I’m am confused on that part.

Hey there, Camille, and welcome to planDisney!

You're definitely not alone in figuring out what to do when using Lightning Lane Multi Pass with one little adventurer who's a bit smaller than everyone else. But not to worry, I know exactly what to do to make sure everyone can still enjoy their visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.

For rides that are safe for any height, you'll want to make Lightning Lanes for the entire family. If your little one doesn't quite meet the height requirements for an attraction, grab a Lightning Lane only for the rest of you that will be riding. When it's time to ride, you'll want to take advantage of Rider Switch Service. Let the Cast Member at the front of the attraction know that you'll need Rider Switch. Your older kids will go ahead and ride with either you or your husband while the other adult waits with your baby girl.  You'll then swap places and be able to take your turn.

Pro-tip: The parent who waited can bring one or sometimes two Guests with them, so there may even be an occasion where someone gets to ride twice!

Camille, I hope I've been able to clear up any confusion and that you have the most magical adventure with your little family. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back for another chat!

    Happy planning!
