    I will be visiting in July for my daughter's 3rd birthday, I want to do one of the character breakfast. My question is do you have to be staying at the hotel where the breakfast is or can I make reservations, if I'm staying at a value hotel?

    Character meals are one of my favorite parts of WDW. Anyone may make reservations for any character dining experience. You don't have to be staying at a specific hotel, or even staying at a WDW resort. To make your meal reservation, just give Disney Dining at call at 407-WDW-DINE up to 90 days in advance of your visit.
