I am visiting in Jan, my 3yr old is a milk-holic, he does not drink pop and rarely juice...I am wondering if Port Orleans has a store that sells milk we can keep in the mini fridge in the room, also if they sell diapers, pullups, so i don't bring from home

Milk is readily available in the gift shop and food court at Port Orleans. You can easily bring it back to your room to keep in your refrigerator.

The gift shop does sell diapers and pull-ups, but in an extremely limited number of sizes and styles and they are quite expensive. I can not recommend relying on them as your main supply of diapers for your trip. If you don't want to carry lots of bulky diapers with you when you travel, you could mail a box to your self in care of the hotel a few days before your arrival. Just call the hotel first to let them know that you are sending the package.
