We're visiting the first week of Nov (Nov 2-8) this year and I'm having trouble figuring out if things will still be in fall/Halloween mode or if it will be beginning to look a lot like Christmas? My kids keep asking...please help :) Thank you!

    Hi, Kimberly!

You've chosen a great time to visit Walt Disney World Resort with lower crowds and milder weather! During the first week of November you will see the park decor and special events transform from fall/Halloween to Christmas/December holidays. Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party ends on November 1st and the first Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party will be held November 8th. While the Disney Resort hotels don't typically have all their holiday decorations up until mid-November, you'll begin to start seeing holiday decor popping up in the theme parks. Magic Kingdom will be fully decked out for Christmas toward the end of your stay. You will also see the holiday merchandise coming out for display and purchase in all the park and resort shops.

Stop back here at the Moms Panel with any other questions before your trip!

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
