    Hi- We are visiting first week in December, I am wondering if my daughter can wear a Chewbacca costume? It is a dress style with no mask. Thanks!

    Welcome to the vacation planning rebellion we call the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am thrilled you will be traveling from the cold, ice planet of Minnesota to visit Batuu soon!  Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios is truly like stepping into your own adventure in a galaxy far, far away.

    Walt Disney World Resort's theme park dress and costume guidelines allow for guests 13 years of age and younger to wear costumes when they visit the parks.  Guests who visit Black Spire Outpost and are 14 years of age or older, can dress the part by wearing outfits fashioned after their Star Wars heroes.  If your daughter is wearing a Chewbacca inspired dress, she will make it past the First Order without a problem, no matter her age!

    Swing by Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run so that your Chewbacca can once again rule the cockpit of the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy.  Jump to light speed and head over to Star Wars Launch Bay for the opportunity to visit with the original Chewbacca!  Don't forget to use Disney's PhotoPass and Memory Maker services to capture all of these magical moments!
